United Methodist Elder Care offers a continuum of senior living solutions all on one campus; independent living apartments, affordable assisted living, congregate dining, nursing home care, full activities schedule, in-house chaplain, and restorative speech, physical, and occupational therapy.

It has been over 35 years since the doors of the "Methodist Retirement Center" opened to elder residents; the first HUD 202 project in Rhode Island. Since that time the mission has evolved to a continuum of senior living options from independent retirement apartments, to assisted living apartments, to skilled nursing home care. Our mission remains as it was at the beginning, "We are a community where older persons live in comfort, dignity, and with purpose."
