From the North:

Take Route 95 South to 195 East (Exit 20). Proceed on Rt. 195 East to Exit 4 (Route 44 East). Proceed on Route 195 East to exit 4 (Route 44 East). Go through 4 sets of lights and bear left onto Route 44 East. Bear left onto Route 44 West (Taunton Avenue) and take the first right onto Irving Avenue. Take the first left onto Alexander Avenue and Linn Health Care Center and Winslow Gardens Tower are on the right. Parking is available on the street or in the parking lot behind the buildings.

From the South:

Route 95 North to exit 19 (Route 195 East). Take exit 6 (Broadway). Take right off exit. At first set of lights take a right onto North Broadway, go under overpass and take a right onto Alexander Avenue. Linn Health Care Center and Winslow Garden Tower are on the left side of street. Parking is available on the street or in the parking lot behind our facilities.

Visiting Linn Health Care Center:

We have flexible visiting hours and do not restrict visitation. We encourage family and caregivers to visit as much as possible. The Main Entrance and exterior doors are locked at 8PM nightly.
