Linn Health Care Center is an 84 bed extended care facility that offers sensitive professional care for people of all religious, cultural, social, ethnic, and economic backgrounds.  Linn Health Care Center is an essential element of United Methodist Elder Care�s �Continuum of Quality Care� offering skilled nursing and rehabilitative care as well as long term care.  Founded in 1978, the Center is an approved Medicare and Medicaid provider.  Inquiries regarding other insurance programs and HMO coverage are invited.

Staff & Services:  Our mission is to enhance and maximize independence by adding comfort and convenience to residents' lives in a supportive environment.  All who require either post hospitalization care or long term care are welcome.  Residents receive comprehensive services from qualified staff representing the following areas:  Activities, Nursing, Rehabilitation, Food Service, Social Service, Business Office, Chaplaincy, Medical Director, Administration, Housekeeping and Laundry.  Respite and Hospice Care are also available.  With rehabilitation services in the facility, residents can reach their optimal level of independence with physical, occupational, and speech therapy right on site.

 Surroundings:  While we have established an environment where optimal health care can take place, the surroundings are warm and inviting.  Residents are encouraged to personalize their room with small accessories such as an easy chair or a favorite chest.  Private rooms are available.
